PhD research - seeking industry input

Claire Drakeley from the University of Northampton is conducting research on decision making in the event sector which, is an area of significant importance, particularly in relation to risk management and creating successful event experiences. Her research explores how event professionals can increase the likelihood of successful decision making in the delivery phases of an event, including build/rig and de-rig/clear. The research will form part of her PhD at the University of Northampton and she is asking that as many event professionals as possible complete her survey.

This survey investigates approaches to decision making with specific consideration of making difficult decisions when managing events. Claire's aim is to understand how decisions are made under pressure, and your assistance by completing this survey would be appreciated.

The survey should take approx. 25 minutes to complete and is anonymous.
