Familiarisation
Exclusive to ABPCO members, these familiarisation trips take in venues and destinations that have a new space, technology or service to offer to professional conference organisers.
The trips offer members a sneak preview of all that is new from venues and emerging destinations ahead of any formal launch and, of course, an opportunity to meet and network with other ABPCO members at the same time.

Roundtable
These are peer to peer forums for conference organisers to come together to share best practice. They give an opportunity to share recent experiences and, importantly, to formulate a collective view of the common challenges that lie ahead. The meetings are closed and Chatham House Rules apply.

AGM
This is our annual business get together to reflect on the past year and look at our strategy for going forward. It is an ideal opportunity for members to network.

Excellence Awards
The awards ceremony is an interactive event, with presentations from each of the nominated finalists with peer judging on the day. It really supports our values #excellence #learning #belonging and our desire to enable human enrichment through face to face gatherings.
