TFI Lodestar appoints Gema Rodriguez as MD

Live events and communications agency TFI Lodestar has appointed Gema Rodriguez as Managing Director, marking the company’s progression from its recent integration phase and in preparation to build on two years’ rapid development.
Rodriguez, previously TFI Lodestar’s Group Account Director, played a key role in merging the company’s business functions and re-launching in 2021, and has since helped to lead the business through a period of strong growth, broadening its client base and increasing revenues. TFI Lodestar ended 2023 by winning Best Event by an Agency PCO at the ABPCO Excellence Awards.
Rodriguez joined TFI Lodestar (then TFI Group) in 2016, having begun her career with Informa before moving agency side as Account Director, Europe at Banks Sadler. Now with more than twenty years’ experience in the industry, Rodriguez has an in-depth knowledge of financial and operational management as well as a keen understanding of how live experiences can support corporate and associations client goals.
