We are delighted to invite you to participate in an ABPCO roundtable on the 21st January at Cheltenham Racecourse from 11.30am to 2pm.
The event will be an interactive roundtable format, led by award-winning Regional Executive Chef for The Jockey Club, Tom Parry.
Hot topics that will be opened up for discussion by Tom will include chefs’ thoughts on sustainability within the food chain and the fact that chefs in this day and age are more than the sum of the recipes.
Other talking points will touch on a chef’s ability to influence a wide range of people, and also discuss waste and recycling, produce, the sourcing of products, working with producers and breeders.
The aim of the session will be for ABPCO PCO members to have an interactive session with an opportunity to ask all the questions you have.
