This roundtable will focus on  what we can learn from those who have experienced live events in the last couple of months.   The event will be chaired by Candice Kass from the Institute of School Business Leadership, and on her panel will be Katrina Cinus from the University of South Wales, Phillipa Lowe from Blackberry Productions and Kerrin MacPhie who is Head of Business Events at VisitBritain.

We will discuss their experiences pre conference and at the events that they have attended; the discussions will include good practice observed, delegate behaviour, attitude to risk and any challenges encountered.   We believe that as PCOs and industry suppliers we can all learn from the different perspectives and experiences.
