This interactive discussion, led by Gabby of Diversity Alliance, will provide strategies and insights to help you create safer, more inclusive events. We'll examine real-world scenarios and define inclusive behaviours to address them appropriately. You'll gain insights on developing codes of conduct that promote respect and prevent discrimination. We'll discuss best practices for encouraging incident reporting and responding swiftly yet fairly, and look at why training staff to recognise harassment and promote inclusivity is key. 

During this roundtable session, you'll gain practical tips for implementing policies and processes that foster respectful, discrimination-free environments where all attendees feel valued, leaving you feeling better equipped to make safeguarding a priority in your events.
