Mosaic Events is an established York based event management company who have a proven track record of delivering event services to associations and not for profit organisations for over 20 years.
Working with you we offer as much or as little support as required our services include:

We offer complete transparency within our pricing structure, so a per registration basis for delegate management and other services are offered on a day rate. With this we record time, so, you are only charged for time spent, providing you with clarity on what we promise and accountability.

As managing director of Mosaic Events I am proud to have developed a team over 20 years with expertise in all aspects of events, such as logistics, speaker and delegate management, sponsorship and on-site management.

Association and Membership Management, Delegate Registration with expertise in Cvent, Income Generation and Venue Finding.

Experience

From the 500+ events we have managed, key achievements are being responsible for managing all Spinal Surgeon medical events in the UK and also working with many academic Associations such as the Society of Legal Scholars over a period of 7 years deliver their annual conference. In addition we have a wealth of experience in managing membership for Associations, having worked with a client on this for over 10 years, we can advise on all aspects of managing your membership.
