Working in a small team delivering 60 events a year, ranging from 1000 attendees to smaller audiences of 200, hosting in-person, webinar and hybrid events. I am IOSH qualified and carry out risk assessments for events and continue learning and keeping up to date on industry standards. Other aspects of my role are as follows: - Managing on site creche facilities for up to 100 children - App management and training of new users (Cvent) - Managing Budgets - Design and build of exhibition spaces - Venue Sourcing - Post event evaluation - Onsite team management
