I provide freelance support in academic abstract management and over the past few years have worked with a number of associations and event agencies to manage the abstracts process for their conferences. I can take care of all aspects of the abstract process including setting up submission forms, allocating reviewers to submissions, creating scoring reports and updating decisions, responding to general abstract-related emails, liaising with colleagues to allocate oral abstracts to the conference programme, poster management, liaising with journal publishers to create the abstract book, and onsite event support. I also offer general conference support to suit the needs of the client. This can include support with programme and speakers, delegate and speaker registrations, sponsorship and exhibition support, as well as onsite event support.
