I've been working in the Hospitality and Events industry for over two decades, it is genuinely a sector I'm truly proud to be part of.
Sheer Edge vision is to ease the time pressure for our clients. Providing a high-value service and delivering exceptional events both in person and either a hybrid or virtual capacity. We know the right experience means everything.
We believe in keeping our audience up to date and so Inside Edge magazine was created; to inform, encourage, and update readers in latest industry news all things hospitality, events, sustainability, team engagement, venue finding, event support and much more.

Sustainability is so important and is high on my own and Sheer Edge Agenda, our green pledge is included in our overall business mission and we understand its importance not only within how we operate as a business, but how we can support our clients to run more sustainable events and work with venues to offer a more sustainable and viable option for our clients.

Role & Skill Areas
Responsible for leading the operations and fulfilment consultants in all areas of the business
Delegation of tasks to complete each clients event/project within each service area;
Event support; venue finding, event production, event imagery and video capture, event entertainment, event management, event registration, event marketing, event communications. Virtual and hybrid event support.
Corporate Hospitality Booking Service; finalise bookings, secure hospitality, distribution of hospitality itineraries, and ticketing.
Creation of customer journey and internal service level requirement documentation
Responsible for all sales and business development activity, finalise annual targets and forecasting.
Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of contractors and employees for Sheer Edge Ltd
Creation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies seeing a year on year increase.
Management of marketing initiatives throughout the year - reviewing activity and adjusting accordingly.
Management and fulfillment of Social media marketing
Creation of all press releases and award submissions.
Review and sign off 3 new websites to encompass new service branding
Management of events team and core contractors who work within the business service areas.
Review and management of all business finances.
Client onboarding, establishing a point of contact, specific requirements before delegation to the team to fulfil the project.
