Excellent account manager providing a one stop shop for clients. I am a passionate advocate for the meetings and industry, and an excellent communicator. I am very task orientated, focused, driven and skilful at spinning many plates at the same time! I love taking on new projects and leading best practice and positive change.
Experience
Over 30 years in the hospitality industry working for many leading chains such as Hyatt Hotels and IHG. I have worked for large corporate hotels to small boutique ones and have an excellent knowledge of operations. Which is surprising considering I've always worked on the sales side of the industry!
