DESCRIPTION:Please join us for this deep-dive event, led by Nick Milne of Nick Milne Associates - who will bring clarity and rationale in the sometimes murky area of contract law and its practical application within the commercial setting of meetings venues.\n\nThis in-person event, kindly hosted by Robinson College, will have the following objectives.\n\nDevelop a greater understanding of the basic principles of contracts and how to make them work best through negotiationExamine legalities of relevant contract terms that can be applied to address identified concerns, and help make contracts work better for themExplore the provision and inclusion of SLA’s in the contracting processDiscuss issues of specific attendees’ interest in a Q and A sessionThe event will run from 10.30am and will finish at 1pm with a spot of lunch, and an opportunity for a show-round.\n\nPCOs - there is an opportunity to extend your experience, and have a hosted dinner on the 1st October.  Please read on....\n\nArrive at Jesus College throughout the day; Forget stereotype student accommodation, enjoy a cosy, characterful stay in the heart of Cambridge.
